I am Katy, a BACP Accredited therapist offering couples counselling in Farnham and online. I work with couples at all stages of their relationship—whether you’re just starting out, preparing for marriage, navigating a crisis, or working to strengthen your connection.
Couples counselling is a type of talk therapy that helps two people in a relationship gain insight, improve communication, and resolve conflict in a safe, neutral environment. It’s not about placing blame or picking sides—it’s about understanding each other more clearly and creating space for honest, respectful dialogue.
You might come to therapy because things feel tense, uncertain or distant. Or perhaps you're getting along on the surface but feel something important is missing underneath. Whatever the reason, couples therapy can help you reconnect and move forward with greater clarity.

I also offer pre-marital couples therapy, for those who want to start their journey together on a strong and conscious foundation.
Many couples find online couples therapy to be just as effective as in-person sessions—and more convenient too.
