I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist; supporting and empowering you to find your own way.
I have worked as a volunteer counsellor at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham supporting family members who have lost a loved one and those who have a family member with a terminal illness. During my time at the hospice I worked with people experiencing grief, loss, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and relationship and family issues.
I have also worked at Farnham Sixth Form College counselling young people (16+) with a wide range of issues such as, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, suicidal thought, exam related stress, autism and Asperger's.
My background is in further education at Guildford College; supporting students with a wide range of special needs. I recently worked as a school counsellor at St Dominic's School in Godalming supporting neurodivergent pupils and students.
In addition to my private practice, I work for NHS TalkPlus - Talking therapies for anxiety and depression - offering short term, solution focused counselling. I also work at The Samson Centre in Guildford supporting anyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor which means my practice has met the BACP "Higher standard as a competent, ethical and independent practitioner."

I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy MBACP (Accred) and adhere to their ethical framework.
