About Me

I am a qualified and professionally trained humanistic psychotherapist; supporting and empowering you to find your own way, by offering a relationship of honesty.

My Background

I have worked as a volunteer counsellor at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham and have experience of supporting family members who have lost a loved one and those who have a family member with a terminal illness. Here, I have worked with grief, loss, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and relationship and family issues.

I have also worked at Farnham Sixth Form College counselling young people (16+) with a wide range of issues such as, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, suicidal thought, exam related stress, autism and Asperger's.

My background and extensive experience is in an educational setting at Guildford College; supporting students with a wide range of special needs. I recently worked as a school counsellor at St Dominic's School in Godalming supporting neurodivergent pupils and students. Alongside my private practice, I also freelance as a School Counsellor at Claremont Fan Court School in Esher supporting teenage pupils.

I am a warm, empathic and honest person and I aim to offer therapy in a flexible and open way, tailored to what you need.
