About Me

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist; supporting and empowering you to find your own way.

My Background

I have worked as a volunteer counsellor at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham supporting family members who have lost a loved one and those who have a family member with a terminal illness. During my time at the hospice I worked with people experiencing grief, loss, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and relationship and family issues.

I have also worked at Farnham Sixth Form College counselling young people (16+) with a wide range of issues such as, low self esteem, depression, anxiety, suicidal thought, exam related stress, autism and Asperger's.

My background and extensive experience is in an educational setting at Guildford College; supporting students with a wide range of special needs. I recently worked as a school counsellor at St Dominic's School in Godalming supporting neurodivergent pupils and students.

In addition to my private practice, I work for NHS TalkPlus offering short term, solution focused counselling.

I am a BACP accredited counsellor which means my practice has met the BACP "Higher standard as a competent, ethical and independent practitioner."

I am also registered and listed on the BACP therapist directory just click here.
