I am fully registered with AXA Health and can provide counselling sessions through your AXA insurance policy.
Here is a brief guide to help you arrange your sessions.
- Each AXA policy has an excess, the amount will vary depending on your specific policy. Prior to your first session, you will need to pay this excess amount to me to go towards the cost of your sessions
- Inform me of your claim authorisation number and membership number and how many counselling sessions AXA have authorised
- Check your AXA portal regularly for updates and guidance from AXA
- Depending on your policy, it may be possible to extend your sessions through AXA
